Kansas City Star: Missouri Senate Moves to Preempt St. Louis in Late Night Vote

As part of a Special Session targeting abortion “sanctuary cities,” the Missouri Senate has passed legislation that will repeal a St. Louis ordinance, championed by CDLS Partner Elected Official Alderwoman Megan Ellyia-Green, that bans employers and landlords from discriminating against women who have had an abortion, use contraceptives or are pregnant.
