PA Super-Preemption Returns

A version of the Pennsylvania super-preemption of firearm regulations — which have previously been declared unconstitutional on technical grounds — has returned, and would make it easier for special interest groups to sue Pennsylvania cities.

These types of laws have a chilling and intimidating affect on local governments; and are a key focus of our #DefendLocal effort.
